1. What is NaijaPress and how does it work?
NaijaPress is a WordPress digital products marketplace that provides GPL-licensed plugins and themes at affordable prices.
We legally redistribute original WordPress plugins and themes under the GNU General Public License (GPL), making premium tools more accessible to developers, businesses, and site owners.
2. Why are plugins and themes on NaijaPress so affordable?
All WordPress plugins and themes listed on NaijaPress are licensed under the GPL. This license allows redistribution once a product has been legally acquired.
Your membership helps us maintain active subscriptions to third-party developers. This shared-cost (crowd-funded) model allows us to offer products at a fraction of the original price.
3. Are these genuine and original products?
Yes. All products on NaijaPress are 100% genuine WordPress plugins and themes. We download them from original developers through agency or lifetime license and redistribute them under the GPL license. Files are not nulled, cracked, or maliciously modified.
4. Is NaijaPress affiliated with plugin or theme developers?
No. NaijaPress is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party plugin or theme developers unless explicitly stated. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
5. Do you provide updates for plugins and themes?
Yes. We regularly update products on NaijaPress as new versions become available. Updates are strictly provided while a product is actively maintained on NaijaPress and while your membership is active.
Plugins and themes are backed by direct developer subscriptions.
6. Will I get automatic updates like on the original developer’s site?
NaijaPress will offers a custom update system that allows eligible users to receive updates directly from their WordPress dashboard (Coming Soon). However, this does not replace the original developer’s license system.
Automatic updates depend on your active membership and the product’s update method.
7. What happens when my subscription ends?
Once your subscription ends, you can continue using any plugins or themes you downloaded forever.
However, access to new updates, downloads, and future versions will be paused until you renew your membership.
8. Some plugins ask for a license key. What should I do?
You can safely ignore license activation prompts. License keys are typically required for automatic updates, cloud features, Cloud Libraries or official developer support.
The plugin or theme itself will function normally without entering a license key.
9. Are premium cloud features included?
No. Some plugins rely on external services such as cloud libraries, APIs, AI tools, or SaaS platforms. These features require a valid license purchased directly from the original developer and are not included with NaijaPress downloads.
10. How many websites can I use the plugins or themes on?
GPL licensing allows you to use plugins and themes on unlimited websites. There are no restrictions on usage, but update access may be limited by your NaijaPress membership plan.
11. Is developer support included?
No. Official developer support is not included. NaijaPress support is limited to billing, downloads, and platform-related issues.
If you need premium support, priority assistance, or official documentation, we strongly recommend purchasing a license directly from the developer.
12. Can I request a plugin or theme?
Yes. You can request plugins or themes through our request channel. While we cannot guarantee availability, we actively review and add high-demand products.
13. Are there download limits?
To ensure fair usage and platform stability, downloads may be limited per day depending on your plan. This helps us serve all members efficiently.
14. Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
15. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a refund window under specific conditions. If a product does not work as described without a license key, you may contact our support for assistance, only after we tried to resolve it on our end, we can then proceed with refund (Payment gateway fee may be deducted).
16. What if I need update and am not subscribed?
In a case where there is an update available for a file and you don’t have active subscription which helps you to redownload the new update, you can re-purchase the file to get access to the new updated file or renew to continue to redownload without repurchasing.
